This six well-appointed bedrooms, all with en-suite bath or shower rooms, are generous in size and have AC, ceiling fans, hairdryers, and built-in wardrobes. Notably, the two master suites have their own private balconies, double sinks, indoor/outdoor showers and walk-in wardrobes. A 6th bedroom can be made up as a twin bedroom in the TV Lounge with its own shower room and lovely views.

Chef, Housekeeper, Butler

Nothing is too much trouble for our warm, friendly staff of a private chef, butler and housekeeper who ensure everyone has a truly relaxing stay. They are a mine of information about where to go, how to get there, and what to avoid.  

​

The great thing about staying in a staffed villa is that residents have the liberty to do what they want when they want without any need to consider possibly upsetting or offending strangers around them. You can enjoy the benefit of dedicated helpers whose aim is to ensure their guests relax and enjoy themselves. It is a fantastic best-of-both-worlds experience and is especially great for family and friend groups in search of spending rare quality time together. 

3 | Additional Services

We can help with your arrangements in Barbados, including:

  • Pre-booked Airport Transfers

  • Car Hire, if required

  • Restaurant reservations 

  • Catamaran cruises

Pre-arrival food/beverage shopping of your choice (this shopping can be paid for a day or two after arrival as no food and drink is included in the rental price). Pre-bought groceries usually cover dinner the first evening and breakfast the following day.

​

Several in-house or out-house bookings, such as Hairdressers, Beauticians, Massage Therapists, and Yoga/Pilates instructors can also be arranged. This invaluable service, which reduces your pre-travel stress levels and goes a long way to enjoying your holiday, is free of charge as no concierge fees are added.

The Old Sugar House has hosted many special occasions and is a beautiful location for weddings and celebrations of all sizes. We are always happy to help with your plans for parties and weddings for 10 - 150 people. Do contact us with any queries.

  • £1400 nightly rate for up to 10 guests in 5 x Bedrooms

  • 6th bedroom priced at an additional £120 nightly rate

PEAK HOLIDAY DATES:
​19th DECEMBER to 31st MARCH

  • £1850 nightly rate for up to 10 guests in 5 x bedrooms

  • 6th bedroom priced at an additional £150 nightly rate
